We went on these little Quad little bikes, you had to go in a circle. The hardest bit was going round the corner down a slight hill. The Quad bikes had petrol to make them go. It was heaps cool.

ReplyDeletedid you count all the lions? how many were there?
will you learn highland dancing while you are in Scotland?
The quad bike looks like heaps of fun!
Hi there Jo,
ReplyDeleteWe can really understand how much you loved the mud at Glamis Castle! - nearly as much as the quad bikes. Thanks for the photos - they are great. We have just had the combined weekend at East. suburbs, and at school everyone is practicing for the Wind in the Willows, which is next Monday night. Highland dancing is fun - you can dance and Sam can play the bag-pipes
lots of love Grandpa & Grandma
Hey Jo!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you're enjoying Scotland more than you thought you would before you left. I wonder if you'll learn to do some highland dancing one day! I know someone over here who learnt something like it and she can kick her legs so high that they go above her head!
Thanks for saying how to pronounce the name of the castle. I am going to show the kids at school the blogs about the castle and want to be sure to pronounce it right.
Maybe you can take a photo of a bumble bee one day because I'm sure the kids over here would be interested to see them. Maybe you can look up bumble bees in science! They are a really good example of how awesome God's power in creation was because they are so fat and have such little wings!
